Return Policy

If you are not pleased with your order within 5 days after delivery, please email info@hamptonlinens.com prior to returning your purchase to receive a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization), which must be written on the outside of the box. All returns must be in the original condition (not washed, used or worn in any way) and in the original packaging. Returns are subject to a 20% Restocking Fee. Shipping charges are not refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

Cancellation Policy

Orders are automatically uploaded to our secure merchant processor which incurs fees. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 10% cancellation fee before credit is issued. If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, the Return Policy Information listed at the top of the page must be followed. Orders which are refused at delivery will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above - including the return fee, our incurred shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee.
